Why do we charge reduced rates for our services?

Our goal is to help our clients access more support from the funds available in their NDIS plans and/or Support at Home aged care packages.

What rates do the disability support staff get paid?
We ensure that our support staff receives a pay rate as per the awards. It would be equivalent or more than the market rates depending upon the experience of an employee staff.
Our L2 support worker rates range from $43-45 per hour plus superannuation.
How does efficient pricing benefit the support to our clients?

Our service rates are below the other traditional service providers charges helps us provide a care at a fair price. We want to see our clients happy and satisfied with our service at a better service rate that saves them extra hours in their My Aged care package and NDIS plans.

Our services are managed efficiently not compromising our supervision and management of support. This means we will be collecting ongoing feedback and will be there to answer your queries whenever you will need our support.

We pay our support staff a very good rate keeping our staff happy with what they receive. Our staff stay longer term and contented with their earnings. We aim to create a stable, long-term relationship between staff and clients. This helps facilitate better bonding between care giver and recipients of services – leading to a better quality of supports overall.
