Why do we charge reduced rates for our services?

Our goal is to help our clients gain more support from the available funds in their NDIS plans and/or their Support at Home aged care packages.

It is our way of supporting and contributing to our community, as per our Vision and the Value system.

It would facilitate more hours of support for clients, and our support staff are still getting paid as per the industry standards.
What rates do the disability support staff get paid?
We ensure that our support staff receives a pay rate as per the awards. It would be equivalent or more than the market rates depending upon the experience of an employee staff. It would range from $40-43 an hour plus superannuation.
How does efficient pricing benefit the support to our clients?

Charging our clients under the NDIS allowable benchmark price level and well below the level of what other traditional service providers charges results in a happier client – that is what we want to achieve.

Our services are managed very efficiently not compromising our supervision and management of support – we will be right beside you whenever you will need us.

Better pay to staff, managing supports well and efficiently charging our clients would only increase the possibilities of better bonding and relationship between management, our support staff and the client – resulting in improved quality of supports overall.
