For SIl / ILO homes –
We aim to take a more person centered approach in setting up our SIL or ILO Homes. We tend to discuss the needs of our clients thoroughly and will explore the best housing for them.
How we do it?
We seek the expression of interest first and then work very hard to setup a suitable SIL or ILO homes based on the exact need and preference of NDIS Participants (tenants). This mean we ask you very minute details in terms of your location preference, your choice of other tenants in the same property. Hence we are very keen to setup a home that is best for you. The reason we do it is to fully customise the supports in the best possible manner that makes you feel at home.

We have dedicated staff who manage the prompt payments of your invoices and constantly tracks and ensures that you stay in the budget of your NDIS plan.
