As an NDIS registered provider, we speak to many ndis participants who wish to have personal care and community participation support; individually tailored around their specific needs. At Els, our aim each day is to meet those needs, provide the best care, and ensure that the client's care needs are met holistically and in a culturally appropriate and friendly manner.

 

We take great pride in listening to your needs during our initial discussion meetings so that we can fully understand and build your support in a better way.

 

Our thorough assessment process during the initial stage guides our service design. We do this by carefully drawing up a support plan based on your individual needs. 

We are committed to delivering you the best care through ongoing monitoring (service quality checks) and asking for your feedback. This way we ensure to fine-tune our services to you on an ongoing basis. 

What does Personal Care support mean?

 

This includes supporting you with daily personal activities including assistance with, or supervision of, personal tasks of daily life.  This Include can include such things as -

  • Personal hygiene, toileting, showering, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing and grooming and meal time assistance

  • Taking you to appointments or shopping.

  • Use of aids and appliances, hearing and communication devices.

  • Mobility and transferring such as moving in and out of bed, on or off the toilet.
